Hello, I am new with Xamarin.Forms. I am using plugin Plugin.Geolocator . I want to check whether GPS is enabled or not? If not then Open Settings on devices. How to achieve it?

Hello all, I'm running into a perplexing bug when binding an integer property from within an ObservableRangeCollection to a label within an ItemTemplate. I'm very new to both Xamarin and XAML, so I'm struggling to work out how this can happen. Essentially, the binding works fine, and will display all of the integer properties in the collection... so long as they are 2 digits or more. So, no matter which order they are in, values of 12, 23, 99 etc will all render on their respective UI items, but 1->9 will just not appear. Here are what I feel to be the relevant portions of the code:

In the Dog class, whose instances populate the collection:

In the view model:

public ObservableRangeCollection<Dog> Dogs { get; } = new ObservableRangeCollection<Dog>

            new Dog{ Name = "Rolo", Age = 12, Location = "Scotland"},
            new Dog{ Name = "Jasper", Age = 8, Location = "London"},
            new Dog{ Name = "Fred", Age = 1, Location = "Lasswade"}
        };

and in the XAML:

But when running the application, the two dogs with single digit integers have blank space for their age. When I change them to 11 and 10, they show up fine. I've tried a number of different approaches to binding the property, such as binding the integer directly and formatting the string in the XAML, and defining a NullableIntConverter and using that. All approaches exhibit the same behaviour and I'm running out of ideas. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks
