I want to implement a live camera stream view for Android and iOS.
And I've tried to implement the Android version with Surface textures but I have not at all been able to get the surface to become ready. When (and how) is it, the right time to initialize a surface texture in a Xamarin Forms app?
I tried doing it through DependencyService after my UI had been setup and as mentioned, the surface never becomes ready despite setting the HW accellerated attributes.
