Dynamically manipulate UI at runtime using Xamarin.Forms

Is there any way to dynamically manipulate UI at runtime using Xamarin.Forms ?

Suppose i have a page where i have 2 button and 1 imageview. So if i click any button then i want to remove(not hide) the other button and add another new imageview onto the same page. The new imageview object will be created from code or loaded from XAML when the button will be pressed. So how can i achieve that ? Any code sample would be very helpful.
