Anyone seen SearchBar Crash App

So I have an issue with a SearchBar declared in Xaml, that when searched, triggers another page to be loaded, however, when I do this, it crashes the app with an Unhandled Exception, has anyone seen this? I have created a small application that can reproduce the issue and attached it. Please let me know if you've seen this and especially if you know of any fixes!
