How to bind Time from TimePicker?

I declared DateTime checkin and DateTime checkout in the view model and I use TImePicker to let user choose time, when I wanted to bind the time using TimeProperty it does not work as what I did in DatePicker using Date Property.
Anyone knows what happening? I'm still a newbie anyway.
