How to create and put FlipView OR Carousel slider on the part of my app's Home screen ?

Q.1 - How we can create the FlipView/Carousel Slider like control using Xamarin forms?
Q.2- How to place Flipview/Carousel Slider on the part of home screen.

I want to fit the flipview or carousel slider on the part of my home screen. Xamarin forms provides carousel page but that cannot be placed in content page and opens in full screen.

Screenshot attached herewith for flipview/Carousel slider(Windows Phone Flipview). Want to implement something like this.
