TableView Tapped Event (Cross-Platform)

Hi everyone! I create TextCells with foreach for my TableView. But i couldn't create a tapped event handler for my each TextCell.. I want to get the Text Value of the tapped TextCell which is created in a foreach loop.. Please help me.. I need to do it in Cross Platform.
