Tabbed Page Icons - Appear Blue

I have a tabbed page and have assigned my full colour PNG file. The image shows although its completely blue and you can therefore make out none of the detail apart from the outline.

this.Title = "Customers";
this.Icon = "customers.png";

What am I missing?
