How to add XLabs folder to Project

Hi folks,

I downloaded the new X.F.Labs. and found a folder XLabs. But the Xamarin Forms Labs - Core(Nuget) does not include this XLabs folder.
Then I tried to get device's width or height, I need use XLabs IOC and Serialization, but I don't know how to include XLabs folder to my project.
