Does the Xamarin Forms WebView respect the caching instructions of an HTML 5 AppCache manifest? Can it be made to?
I'm working on an iOS and Android app whose help information we'd like to store on an HTTP server, but we'd also like users to be able to view the help even when they're offline. AppCache seems to be the simplest mechanism for this, if the framework supports it. As far as I can tell, both the Android WebView and iOS UIWebView do support it, but I'd prefer to use the same View on both platforms.
