I'm just getting started with Xamarin Forms using Visual Studio 2015 ctp. I created a new blank app (Xamarin.Forms portable), and got the iOS project running. The Android project starts the Android emulator but does not launch the app. I can see the Xamarin icon under Apps in the emulator, but when I click on it the screen flashes for a second and then nothing. I am expecting to see the "Welcome to Xamarin Forms" main content page. Debug output in VS says:
In mgmain JNI_OnLoad
Couldn't connect to logcat, GetProcessId returned: 0
If I set a breakpoint in App() constructor, or MainActivity.Create, they never get hit.
Any assistance in getting off the ground would be much appreciated.
