License.v2 goes where?

I'm trying to get the a test app to compile in Xamarin Studio on a MacBook Pro. I'm showing TRIAL 29 days on the iOS but the Android still shows STARTER. I go to Account and see my MacBook Pro listed with iOS, Android - then click the License button and see the iOS and Android in the drop down list. I click the iOS and it goes into the downloads folder - where do I put it from there?
Also when I click the Android License it asks me if I want to download and I say yes and then it just goes away....
