When I create a new Blank App (Xamarin.Forms.Shared) I get the following errors:-
"This computer must be upgraded to windows 8.1 to load this project" and
"A problem was encountered creating the sub project 'App3.WinPhone'. Operation cancelled"
Then once the Android, iOS and Shared projects are created the Shared project is missing Properties and References the project icon it shows is 2 green diamonds instead of the C# in the Solution Explorer.
I am running windows 7
