Empty cells on IOS

HI,
I have a list view with only one cell.
But the rest of the screen do show empty cells.
On IOS the trick is to add a footer to the list.

How about forms?
I can't add a footer to the listview.
Is it possible to add a footer via a custom renderer to do the trick?
And how is that custom renderer created??
