Strange error while creating Xamarin Forms project

I am getting the following error every time I create a new project in Visual Studio 2013 update 4

The vstemplate file references the wizard class 'Xamarin.Forms.RootWizard', which does not exist in the assembly 'Xamarin.Forms.VSTemplate, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=e755b816eb188b35'.

Any way I can fix it?
