How to write a billing system?

Hi guys, it's a pleasure.
I'm a new developer in xamarin, and i'd like to study a billing system, how is compose and everything.
I've been thinking in write the program with 3 tables and use SQLite Database to build the application.
So, i'd feel glad if you help me out with this.
