iOS app not scaling to iPhone 5(s) screen

Hi guys,

I am seeing black stripes on top an bottom for iPhone 5. Can't get rid of those (I've set all three app icons but that doesn't help).
If I create an iPhone app (not Forms) it behaves normally.
Any idea?
