Windows ApplicationbarMenuItem's

Hi,

Does anyone have an idea on how to add ApplicationbarMenuItem's via a custom renderer.
I would like to add in a pagerenderer or in de navigationpagerenderer, but the do not map on the Windows PhoneapplicationPage?

Any idea's are welcome!
