How do I set the stepping value in Xaml for the Xamarin.Forms slider control?

I'm trying to figure out how set the stepping value in Xaml for the Xamarin.Forms slider control. Here is a sample xaml code snippet from my project.

I would also like to know if the control has a built in label for the ranges that you defined for the control.
