Xamarin.Forms for WinRT

Hi,
I have to develop from scratch a tablet App for WinRT, IPad and Android. It seams that it is possible to do UIs with Xamarin.Forms for IPhone/Ipad and Android devices, but not for Windows 8 RT. So I have to do 2 different UI projects, one for WinRT and an other with Xamarin.Forms for IPad/Android target.

Am I right ?
Is there a way to transform a Windows Phone 8 app in a WinRT app in Visual Studio to be able to use only Xamarin.Forms ?
Is there a plan for Xamarin.Forms to target WinRT apps ?
