I'm working on a project that loads thumbnail images of a product catalog into a grid. When one of the products is clicked it opens a full screen view of the image. I have previous and next buttons on the screen and I can navigate through the catalog, but every time I click one it opens a new page and adds it to the stack. This results in having to go back through any number of products to get back to the thumbnails. Is there a way to remove the previous page from the stack or prevent it from being added at all?
I tried to use the Carousel but due to the amount of items being loaded, it was taking too long to open the Carousel page. Any help would be very much appreciated. I'm fairly new to Xamarin so if I'm doing something horribly wrong please go easy on me.
