Access to xaml element from code

Hi!
This is my first post in this forum. Maybe is a silly problem but... I came to xamarin.forms from visual studio and i have problems to access from code to a label defined in xaml. I want to change the text from code but i´m not able to get the label using it's name. How can i do it?
