PageRenderer and Windows Phone 8

Hi everyone,

I want to create a Page Renderer for Windows Phone but it appears that the PageRenderer class doesn't exists (or is not accessible) in the Xamarin.Forms.Platform.WinPhone namespace.
Is there a way to create my own PageRenderer for Windows Phone yet ?
